The Story of lost Mobile

My brother lost his mobile in November last 2010 and complained in cyber cell. One day a kallara native, our relative, came home and informed that it is he who got that mobile, actually he bought it from a known mobile shop at kallara. H was called from the cyber cell and he went and handed over the mobile to the authority there. From there he got our address and that is why he came to know that it was my brother's. He was asked to meet the authority in the next week with the shop owner from whom he bought the mobile. On that info, my brother went to the cyber cell and enquired about the matter of missing mobile. They told they haven’t received any such mobile and is not reported. A few months ago, my father referred the matter to an officer in special branch. And after a week or so, we got call from cyber cell and informed that the mobile is there and asked to collect. When he got the mobile, it was damn destroyed in display and keyboard. Then he serviced the mobile and now it is working. But there are problems with display. A few days ago he accidently saw two voice recordings in the memory, and that clearly indicates the involvement of the mobile shop owner and a police officer to suppress the complaint.
Listen to the audio. May be a native of Kallara can clearly identify the voice.
